Traditional Thai Massage combines with Zen Shiatsu in this balancing, centering, deeply relaxing session. Traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Borarn) is sometimes referred to as “Assisted Yoga”. In addition to compressions into the musculature, this session allows for a deeper stretch in poses and encourages the body and mind to completely relax, returning to balance.

Clients wear loose, comfortable clothing during this session and receive Traditional Thai Massage on a comfortable mat on the floor.
